What Zenflow Work Is

Zenflow has two modes: Code and Work. While Code mode is built for software engineering tasks inside your codebase, Work mode connects AI agents to the business tools your team already uses — letting you automate recurring work across every department. With Work mode, you get:
  • Task Flows — interval-triggered automations (every 5 minutes to 24 hours) that run inside a task with full access to every connected integration
  • Scheduled Automations — cron-style task creation that fires on a recurring schedule
  • Structured Plans — step-by-step execution with human checkpoints when you need them

How It Works

1

Switch to Work mode

In the Zenflow task creation screen, toggle from Code to Work at the top.
2

Describe what you want done

Write a natural language description of the task. Reference integrations, data sources, and expected outputs. You can use @ to add files to your task context.
3

Pick a workflow

Choose from Auto, Brainstorm, Research, or Write depending on the task type.
4

Start or schedule

Run the task immediately with Start, save it as a draft for later, or attach a Task Flow schedule to make it recurring.

Integrations

Zenflow Work connects natively to productivity tools with configurable permission levels. Additional tools are available via MCP servers.

AI Agents

Work mode supports the same agents available in Code mode: Claude Code, Gemini, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, AMP, Qwen, OpenCode, and Zencoder CLI. Select your preferred agent and model (e.g., Zencoder Opus 4.6) when creating a task.

Who It’s For

Zenflow Work is designed for any team that spends time on recurring, cross-tool workflows:
TeamWhat Zenflow Work Automates
Product / PMStandup briefs, sprint syncs, release notes, customer voice tracking, roadmap data
SalesLead research, proposal drafts, follow-up sequences, pipeline reports, competitive intel
MarketingCampaign briefs, content calendars, competitor monitoring, email drafts, performance digests
OperationsExecutive dashboards, contract alerts, onboarding checklists, cross-system audits
FinanceInvoice follow-ups, expense reconciliation, budget tracking, revenue reports, SaaS audits
HR & People OpsJob descriptions, candidate pipelines, onboarding packages, performance review prep
Customer SuccessOnboarding tracking, QBR scheduling, churn prevention, expansion signal detection

Templates

Ready-to-use workflow templates are available in the Zencoder Marketplace. Browse pre-built agents and MCP server configurations, or submit your own.

The Multiplier Effect

Your PM imports a Jira ticket. The agent asks 3 clarifying questions, builds its own plan, implements across multiple steps with meaningful commits, opens a draft PR, gets reviewed by a second AI model, sends a notification when done, and Zenflow keeps the machine running the whole time. Meanwhile, a scheduled Flow grooms the bug backlog, another syncs progress to Notion, and a third is following up with an overdue invoice. One person does what used to require a PM writing specs, an engineer implementing, another engineer reviewing, a QA engineer testing, and an ops person chasing status.
