What Zenflow Work Is
Zenflow has two modes: Code and Work. While Code mode is built for software engineering tasks inside your codebase, Work mode connects AI agents to the business tools your team already uses — helping every department move faster and get more done.
- On-demand tasks — brainstorm, research, write, and analyze with a single prompt
- Automations — schedule recurring work so it happens on autopilot (learn more)
- Structured Plans — step-by-step execution with human checkpoints when you need them
How It Works
1
Switch to Work mode
In the Zenflow task creation screen, toggle from Code to Work at the top.
2
Describe what you want done
Write a natural language description of the task. Reference integrations, data sources, and expected outputs. You can use @ to add files to your task context.
3
Pick a workflow
Choose from the workflows below depending on the task type.
4
Start or schedule
Run the task immediately with Start, save it as a draft for later, or attach a Task Flow schedule to make it recurring.
Work Workflows
Auto
Agent decides the approach based on your prompt — no manual workflow configuration needed.
Brainstorm
Generate ideas, explore options, and think through problems with structured ideation.
Deep Brainstorm
Extended multi-step brainstorming with deeper exploration and analysis.
Research
Web research, competitive analysis, and structured data gathering.
Write
Drafts, reports, emails, documentation, and other written content.
