Zenflow stores all log files locally on your machine. Logs are never transmitted automatically and remain under your control. macOS:~/Library/Application Support/zenflow-desktop/logs/

What to Include When Reporting Issues
When contacting support, include the following to help us resolve your issue quickly:- App version and build: Find this in Settings → About or Help → About Zenflow (e.g.,

December 16, 2025 at 2:30 PM EST) - Steps to reproduce: Describe what you were doing when the error occurred and whether it happens consistently
- Screenshots or recordings: Capture error messages, frozen screens, or unexpected behavior
- Log files: Attach relevant log files from the locations above
- Network details: Are you using a VPN, proxy, or behind a firewall? Include any network restrictions that might affect connectivity
Common Issues
Agent Not Responding
Possible causes: Agent authentication expired, network interruption, or agent service unavailable.Quick fix: Sign out and sign back into the agent in Settings → Agents.
Task Stuck in Progress
Possible causes: Long-running verification step, network timeout, or workspace lock.Quick fix: Check task logs for the last completed step. Cancel and retry if stuck for >10 minutes.
Installation Failures
Possible causes: Insufficient permissions, conflicting software, or corrupted download.Quick fix: Run installer as administrator (Windows) or with sudo (macOS). Disable antivirus temporarily.
Workspace Errors
Possible causes: Git conflicts, permission issues, or disk space.Quick fix: Ensure you have write permissions and at least 2GB free disk space in your workspace directory.
