February 2026 — Zenflow Updates

February brought scheduled automations, deep integrations with GitHub, Jira, and Linear, a built-in MCP server, and a ton of polish. Here’s what shipped.

New Features

Scheduled Automations

Automate Recurring Tasks

Set up daily or weekly automations to run tasks on a schedule — triage bugs, sync issues, and more.
Zenflow now supports daily and weekly scheduled automations. Set up recurring workflows like Jira bug triage or codebase maintenance, and Zenflow handles them without manual intervention.

Task Intake: GitHub, Jira, and Linear

Import Issues from Your Tools

Browse and import issues directly from GitHub, Jira, or Linear when creating a task.
Connect your project management tools and pull issues straight into Zenflow:
  • Search across all connected trackers with combined results sorted by most recently updated
  • Import title, description, and images into a new task
  • Agents can triage, prioritize, and act on imported work items

Built-in MCP Server

Programmatic Access to Zenflow

AI agents can now manage tasks and projects via MCP tools — Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and Zencoder CLI all supported.
Zenflow now includes a built-in MCP server with automation tools. Agents can create tasks, manage projects, and trigger automations programmatically.

Context Window Indicator

See How Much Context You're Using

A context window indicator appears after the last agent message so you know when you’re running low.
Stay informed about context usage with a visual indicator in the chat. Works with both Claude Code and Codex executors.

In-App Changelog

Stay Up to Date

Changelogs now appear directly inside Zenflow with a new-version indicator on the version number.
Click the version number in the sidebar to see the full changelog. A badge appears when a new version is available.

Darcula Theme

Full Dark Theme Support

A proper dark theme with improved syntax highlighting and softer colors.
Darcula theme is here — with full syntax highlighting support and a refined color palette.

Mini-Game While Waiting

Added a mini-game you can play while waiting for the agent to finish. Hit the Skip button if you’d rather watch the agent work.
